- An invisible mechanism allows the patent-pending clip to retract until it is fully joined with the body of the pen, contributing to the continuous , flowing design. The clip rests in an ellipse of tinted resin.
- The case cap and barrel are made of nickel silver.
- The nib unit and clip recess are black and not dark blue as our image. The dark blue was only available in the fine nib version and these have now sold out.
- Platinum plated to a uniform thickness of two microns.
- 18 kt nib hallmarked white gold unique 360 degree design. Note: some of the fine (not all) and extra fine nib pens have the two tone nib, the main stocks of medium feature the all white gold nib.
- Note engraving will appear quite feintly because of the brushed finish but it gives a very pleasing result.
