NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We pride ourselves of a really fast delivery service of pens, all pens over £15 are sent Post Office "Special Delivery":

  • Pen orders placed by 12.00 Noon Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day by 12.00 Noon.
  • Pen orders placed Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
  • If on an isolated occasion we are out of stock of an item the customer will be advised by email at the earliest opportunity.
  • If you do not receive your order as scheduled, please let us know immediately we can track deliveries and in most cases take action to remedy the situation.
  • Orders under £15 in value will be posted First Class post on day of receipt. 


IMPORTANT
Orders to be sent to an address other than the cardholder's address may be declined at our discretion.  If you have a specific reason for the use of an alternative delivery address it would be helpful if you telephone your order rather than ordering on-line. Telephone orders to 01895 672537.
