Fountain Pens from MrPen

We pride ourselves of a really fast delivery service of pens, all pens over £20 are sent Post Office "Special Delivery":

• Pen orders placed by 12.00 Noon Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day by 1.00 pm.

• Pen orders placed Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

• If on an isolated occasion we are out of stock of an item the customer will be advised by email at the earliest opportunity.

• If you do not receive your order as scheduled, please let us know immediately we can track deliveries and in most cases take action to remedy the situation.

• Orders under £20 in value will be posted First Class post on day of receipt.
  
  BAD WEATHER 
  MrPen delivers pens via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, this guarantees next day delivery by 1.00pm. As at 19th December we have had no reports of any delays in the delivery of our packages. However whilst we continue to experience such severe weather conditions some delays may occur particularly where roads are impassible. Orders under the value of £20 are posted by First Class Mail and delays may prove to be more common.
  
  IMPORTANT
  Orders to be sent to an address other than the cardholder's address may be declined at our discretion.  If you have a specific reason for the use of an alternative delivery address it would be helpful if you telephone your order rather than ordering on-line. Telephone orders to 01895 672537.
